Q. What is the quality and workmenship of your lingerie?

A. Our lingerie is of high quality fabrics and excellent workmenship skills.

Q. What are your shipping and handling cost?

A. Shipping fees are as follows:

You will be charged a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping and handling fees for all USA ground orders under $75.00.

For all USA ground orders where purchases total $50.00 or above there will be no shipping and handling fee. For 2nd day delivery the fee is $20.00, overnight $30.00. Canada shipping is $23.00 and ships through the post office.

If your order is going outside of the United States please contact Moore Technologies at 419-378-2508 for futher details. International shipments are based on the number of lingerie items and the country of destination.
Orders are shipped by Fed-Ex or UPS unless it is an international package. It would then ship by Global Express Mail.

Q. What is your returns and exchanges policy?
A. For returns and exchanges, the product/products must be returned within a week with the price tag and cannot have been worn for exchanges.

Q. When I order products from you how long will it take before I receive them?

A. It takes from two to five business days once you order from us to receive your items.
